Our Development Method
Have you spoken with Web firms that cannot explain the process they will use to create your Web project? Our proprietary method takes the risk and the guesswork out of Web projects. After meeting with you and gathering some information, we can tell you how much your project will cost and how long it will take to complete the project. We use the following steps to complete Web projects.
Specific Steps
By following these steps, we ensure that you maintain creative control over your project while keeping the project on-time and on-budget.
1. Discovery
During the discovery phase, we work with you to deterimine your goals and preferences, as well as your budget and expected deadline. The discovery is performed free-of-charge except in the case of large, complex projects which require significant consulting prior to providing you a proposal.
2. Proposal
After we analyze your discovery data, we deliver a proposal to you, detailing the project scope, pricing, and deadlines, and number of Web pages. We work with you until you are happy with the terms of the proposal.
3. Delivery of Design
We deliver a master design document to you called a composition, or "comp." The comp illustrates the "look and feel" of your site, as well as the color sheme and navigational elements. We work with you until you are complely happy with the design.
4. Construction and Presentation of Site
After you are happy with the site design, we develop all of the site's pages using that design. We add all of the site's technical elements. Once the site is complete, we load it onto our server for your review. We work with you until you are completely happy with the final product.
5. Site Launch
Once you are completely happy with the site, we "launch" your site by publishing it to the Web hosting company of your choice. You may elect to host your site with circlecityweb.com or any third-party hosting company that meets your requirements.
